We are currently hiring Skilled Labourers for temporary assignments on construction sites. This role involves a combination of site clean-up, general labour, and assisting with skilled tasks to support ongoing construction projects. Workers will be assigned to various job sites based on availability and project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform site clean-up, including sweeping, garbage removal, and debris collection
• Assist with basic carpentry tasks (measuring, cutting, and assembling materials)
• Support drywall installation, framing, and finishing work as needed
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move construction materials around the site
• Assist with site preparation and basic construction tasks
• Set up and remove site barriers, signage, and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times

Requirements:

• Previous construction or skilled labour experience required
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, carrying, standing for extended periods)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on short notice
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Steel-toe boots required
• Reliable transportation to various job sites

Work Conditions:

• Temporary and on-call assignments
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Day shifts, with occasional overtime depending on project needs
